Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed within 5-15 working days of receiving the authorized payment. Orders will be shipped via courier and shipping times will vary from country to country depending on custom clearance procedures. The estimated time for receiving any order is 1 to 3 weeks.
Delivery of orders also depends on whether the product is available in stock and if this is the case then the order will be shipped the next working day.
Delivery charges are different for every country as it depends on the delivery location and weight of the package.
We ship via Aramex. A tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order is shipped to track the shipment.
It’s the customer’s responsibility to track his/her shipment and make sure to receive it.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered or perfumed will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
A customer will be given store credit only for the price of the item returned excluding any taxes, duties or shipping paid.
Store credit expires in 6 months from the day of purchase.
