All couture and ready-to-wear pieces are developed in our Dubai Design District atelier.
Do you offer couture fittings?
Yes, private consultations and couture fittingsa are available in our dubai disctrict showroom by appointments only.
How long does a couture gown take to produce?
Made to order – 3 to 6 weeks, Bespoke – depends on the complexity and the requirement of the client therefor final decision is made on mutual understanding of the client and the designer. If there is any further changes in the designs, the delivery may be delayed.
Was Anaya Collection presented at Paris Fashion Week?
Yes, our couture collection was presented at Paris Fashion week (PFW), marking our expansion into the global fashion arena.

Q: How can I place an order on Anaya Collection’s website?
A: Simply browse our collection, select your desired items, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout and complete your purchase by entering your shipping and payment details. A: As most of our pieces are made-to-order, production typically takes 4–6 weeks or longer, depending on the design.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- GCC Countries: 14–21 working days (custom clearance delays are not included in this estimate)
- International (Outside GCC): 21-31 working days (custom clearance delays are not included in this estimate)
Please note that customized or bespoke orders may require additional time for both production and delivery.

A: Yes, customers are strongly advised to schedule one or two fittings prior to collection to make sure that the dress fits you perfectly. Any additional alterations to the original design may incur extra charges.
Q: When do I need to complete payment?
A: Full payment must be made prior to production. The completion timeline will only begin once full payment is received.
Q: How is the delivery/production timeline calculated?
A: The estimated completion date is calculated from the date of full payment confirmation. Each design is unique, therefore the delivery date is mutually determined based on the complexity of the design between the client and Anaya Collection.
Q: Can I return standard-size items?
A: Yes, orders from available stock in standard sizes may be returned within 2 days of receiving the item, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Q: How are refunds processed?
A: Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 working days via bank transfer only for GCC countries, and for other countries 2-3 weeks.
Q: Do I agree to these terms when placing an order?
A: Yes, by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all Anaya Collection terms and conditions.
